What is Anxiety?
Depression is a mental helath disorder that usually causes feelings of worry, anxiety, nervousness, uneasiness, or restlessness that interfere with daily activites.
There are many different types of anxiety. While some anxiety is normal, anxiety disorders can people to have intense, ongoing symptoms. Sometimes, anxiety can trigger panic attacks which can involve freezing up, escelated breathing, sweating, increased heart rate, unnecessary fear, and/or uncontrollable shaking.
In order to formally diagnois anxiety, you must seek help from a medical proffesional. However, anxiety can be self-diagonsable in most cases. Treatment can involve medicine and/or therapy.
